Neha is the Founder of Ashehna Advisors LLP. She has over 15 years of experience across private equity (investments & fundraising), corporate finance and entrepreneurship. Her recent experience includes establishing Aikya Connect, a homegrown network of family offices as COO, alongside the Founder. Through this experience along with the dual role of being VP, Private Markets at the Dinesh Hinduja Family Office, she got a first-hand understanding of asset allocation strategies of leading family offices of India across multiple asset classes in India and globally. Her previous experience includes Investments at True North, Fundraising and Investor Relations at Everstone Capital and M&A advisory and PE syndication at KPMG Corporate Finance. Having also worked across businesses in consumer, blockchain tech and AI (gaming), she also brings a strong lens on how these spaces are evolving, and can quickly spot patterns for growth and formulate relevant strategies while using a systemic approach for execution.
